“Our aspiration for high school is a revolutionary experience, an adventure that feeds curiosity and creativity and evokes passion and purpose. A community where we recognize diversity at the heart of our perspective. A structure built to allow teachers to thrive and share in the joy of the journey.”

Community partnerships reach far beyond the walls of the school and into the neighborhoods of Philadelphia itself.

Gaps in accessibility stonewall pathways for our students and their futures. Breaking down economic barriers levels the learning field to make our revolutionary, place-based education fully within reach.
We believe students need more than academics to be ready for life beyond high school. That’s why we continuously design and curate practical coursework students will really use. Supporting Revolution School’s full catalog of Signature Programs impacts every student, educator, and the community we serve.
We design for outcomes that lead to personal development, high levels of engagement, program growth, and real-world impact. Through our internships and community-based projects, students apply interdisciplinary skills and demonstrate knowledge while engaging community partners throughout our city. These meaningful connections foster tangible relationships that last and expand opportunities for students.

“I couldn’t be more excited about Revolution High School. Just imagine what students will gain from this learning environment: the nurturing of their innate compassion and care; real-world experiences that matter to them and to their neighbors; the daily practice of putting literacy, numeracy, and science to meaningful use; and the systems- and critical-thinking skills to meet and solve actual challenges.”
