Thank you to the Student Leadership Council in leading the Winter Holiday Brunch with Belgian Sugar Waffles with strawberry compote, Turkey Sausage and breakfast potatoes, Winter Citrus Fruit Salad, Breakfast Burritos with Salsa — and for organizing our Third Annual Revolution Gingerbread House Competition! Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday season.

Congratulations to our November Perfect Attendance honorees! Ines, Hailey, Camelle, and Makayla celebrate with a breakfast at IHOP.

Our partnership with Broad Street Ministries this December and January for the Seats and Feets Drive! We are collecting underwear and socks in support of Broad Street Ministry! Please donate a new pack of socks or underwear to help adults in need! Please place all items in the yellow Revolution donation box in the entryway — and thank you for your support!

We have a Beable Contest winner!

Congrats to Camelle Wilkins for winning Revolution’s December Beable contest and a $20 Amazon gift card! Beable is a program that works to improve student reading levels and encourage personal interests and career goals. Great work, Camelle!

Students attend a poetry workshop at the Kelly Writers House. As an exercise, the students divided into groups and wrote a poem collectively, each group contributed a few lines.

Our Dance elective spotlighted a “Dancing with the Star!” moment!

Our ninth and tenth graders visited Keller Williams Philly for the Real Estate Unit of their Future Ready Field Trip Series.

Eleventh grader prepares two geckos for her science project which will test what kinds of foods make them healthier.

Eleventh graders take a timed practice SAT to prepare for the real SAT in May. The new SAT is on a computer — not paper — and it is now only two hours long.

Students studying Spanish highlight various Indigenous activists’ calls to action in Latin American countries in short presentations.
